BMCM is engaged in a Co-Advisor relationship with its affiliate, WSFS Bank, whereby WSFS Bank introduces prospective investment advisory clients to BMCM.  If the introduced client engages BMCM, WSFS shall receive 15% of the initial four quarters’ advisory fee paid by the client to BMCM. Given the affiliation and economic arrangement, a conflict of interest is presented because WSFS Bank has an incentive to recommend BMCM’s services. Neither the affiliation nor the introduction should be construed as any assurance that the referred client will have a satisfactory BMCM engagement, nor that such engagement will result in any level of performance or results.
